Accountabilities

- Review contractual terms and conditions to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect organizational interests.
- Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems to support transparency and operational efficiency.
- Monitor contract performance, obligations, and timelines to ensure timely renewals, amendments, and deliverables.
- Support the implementation and improvement of contract management processes, policies, and best practices.
- Assist with vendor, partner, and client negotiations while maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with compliance and operational teams to ensure agreements align with healthcare regulations, security standards, and internal governance requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience managing contracts, agreements, or vendor relationships within healthcare, technology, or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and risk mitigation principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agreements, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
