Job Description


Location: Remote first, with a preference for Dubai or Limassol Type: Full-time


Investabl is an up & coming CFD broker, currently in the early stages of build-out with funding in place and licences in flight.


We are hiring a Founding Head of Trading to run the dealing desk from day one. You will own the A-book / B-book split, set hedging policy across asset classes, and have your hand on the kill switch when things get interesting.

This is not a strategy seat. You will be on the desk during London open, Asia close, NFP, FOMC, and whatever the news cycle throws at us. We expect the person in this chair to know the difference between a real client edge and toxic latency-arb flow at a glance, and to act on it.


What the role actually involves
  • Designing and running the routing logic between our LPs and the internal book, by symbol, by client tier, by volatility regime.
  • Owning dealing desk P&L from day one. You will be measured on it monthly.
  • Pre-event positioning. Friday close on NFP weekends, central bank decisions, equity CFD earnings.
  • Tail-risk hedging. We do not want to be the next Alpari. If you have a view on hedging a black swan without bleeding theta every month, we want to hear it.
  • Selecting and onboarding the LP panel. Negotiating spreads, evaluating fill quality, dropping LPs that consistently underdeliver.
  • Working with the Head of Risk to define exposure caps you can actually live with.
  • Hiring the dealing team around you over the first 12 months.


Who we think this is for

2-6 years on a CFD or FX broker dealing desk, ideally as a senior dealer, assistant head, or full Head of Trading at a mid-tier broker or better. Cyprus, Dubai, London, Singapore, Tel Aviv backgrounds all welcome.


You know MT5 server-side configuration, FIX messaging, and at least one bridge well enough to argue with it. You have opinions on what oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid, Gold-i, B2Broker, and Match-Trade each get right and what each of them gets wrong. We are still selecting the stack, and your view will shape that decision.


You can hold both sides of the hybrid book in your head. You know when externalising costs you money and when internalising costs you sleep.

Python or SQL fluency is a plus.
