Job Description


You’re a Talent Attraction specialist who’s passionate about using AI to turn complex processes into smooth systems and making hiring clearer, faster, and more engaging for candidates. What you’ll do


  • Drive candidate experience from first touch, interviews, to pre-onboarding.
  • Improve communications and processes (emails, surveys, templates, instructions).
  • Partner with our hiring team to keep pipelines moving with urgency.
  • Use data to spot bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Apply AI/automation to reduce manual work and enhance candidate experience.
  • Take our candidate experience in all touch points to the next level with fresh and engaging ideas.
  • Adapt quickly, solve problems, and maintain momentum in high‑volume settings.


Requirements


  • 1+ years in people or recruitment roles where you fixed processes, hired staff, or made changes to candidate/employee experience (i.e., Talent Acquisition, PeopleOps, HR, Recruiting Ops, Employee Experience, or related fields.
  • Strong passion for improving processes through AI and automation, transforming the candidate and employee journey.
  • Previous background working in remote or hybrid environments
  • Strong AI/automation proficiency (you default to using these tools beyond basic search on your day-to-day.)
  • Fluent English (C1+); you’re clear, confident, assertive, concise and fast-paced.
  • Tech savyness: You feel comfortable working with Google Suite, spreadsheets, ATS, workflow tools or similar software.
  • Ownership mindset: Being proactive, resourceful and hating micro-management are your core traits.
  • Stable work history: you have worked in a company for 2+ years.
