Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to job applicants daily.
• Perform initial phone screenings using structured scripts and qualification criteria.
• Introduce candidates to available opportunities and answer basic questions.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring teams.
• Update candidate records and notes in CRM and ATS platforms.
• Meet daily outreach and scheduling goals.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership on hiring priorities.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
