Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary, growth-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy, elevate our brand narrative, and accelerate market adoption. As a core member of the executive leadership team, you will design and execute comprehensive marketing frameworks tailored for sophisticated B2B technology audiences, enterprise clients, and institutional partners.

Operating from Miami with the flexibility of a remote structure, you will oversee a high-performing, distributed team, aligning product positioning with robust lead generation and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Leadership: Define and elevate Lunar Networking’s corporate brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all global channels to ensure market leadership.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence: Design, launch, and optimize data-driven GTM strategies for new product layers, infrastructure solutions, and platform features.

Demand Generation & Growth: Implement scalable inbound and outbound marketing engines to drive high-quality pipeline growth, institutional client acquisition, and ecosystem engagement.

Corporate Communications: Oversee public relations, media strategy, executive thought leadership, and industry event participation to enhance market presence.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with the CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Product/Engineering teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support commercial targets and product roadmaps.

Team Scaling & Culture: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class, remote-first marketing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance.

Budget & ROI Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the global marketing budget with a strict focus on ROI, data-backed decision-making, and market intelligence.

Candidate Profile

Proven Executive Track Record: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent executive-level role within a high-growth technology, infrastructure, or enterprise B2B sector.

Ecosystem & Tech Savvy: Strong familiarity with advanced digital economies, complex networking tech, infrastructure platforms, or high-tech B2B ecosystems.

Data-Driven Strategy: Deep expertise in leveraging advanced marketing analytics, CRM systems, and performance marketing tools to drive strategic decisions.

Exceptional Communication: Outstanding command of corporate narrative building, public speaking, and managing high-stakes media and institutional relations.

Leadership in Remote Environments: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and scale distributed, remote-first teams across multiple time zones.

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
