Senior Analytics Engineer — Enerflo Full-time · Remote (US preferred, nearshore ok) · Reports to Co-Founder/CEO · Immediate start.

The role We're not looking for a report-runner. We're looking for someone who wakes up thinking about data — who looks at a schema, sees what's missing, and goes and finds the answer before anyone asks the question.

You'll own our data infrastructure end-to-end: our ETLs, our Domo environment, our dashboards, and the underlying data models everything runs on. Beyond keeping the lights on, you'll be thinking about where we're headed — and that means actively working toward a data foundation that AI can actually use. You'll work directly with the Co-Founder/CEO and collaborate with account managers, product, and engineering to make sure we understand what's happening in our platform — and act on it. This is an IC role with real ownership on day one.

⚡ AI-forward role: We're pushing AI hard at Enerflo. This person will actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work and will play a direct role in getting our data infrastructure to a place where AI can be layered on top of it. If you're not already integrating AI into how you work — and thinking about what good AI-ready data looks like — this probably isn't the right fit.

What you'll own

• Design, manage, and optimize ETL pipelines pulling from Enerflo's PostgreSQL/MySQL database, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Intercom

• Build and maintain Domo dashboards, custom reports, and Beast Mode calculations that give leadership and account managers real visibility
• Audit and recommend improvements to our data schema — not just query it, but think about how it's structured and how to make it better
• Write Python scripts to automate data workflows, handle transformations, and reduce manual overhead — using AI coding tools to move faster
• Drive our AI data readiness strategy — identify gaps, clean and structure data, and build toward an infrastructure layer that AI can reliably query and act on
• Proactively surface insights — take feedback from customers and account managers, go dig in the data, and come back with answers (and better questions)
• Continuously look for ways to improve data quality, pipeline reliability, and reporting efficiency — using AI tools as a force multiplier in your own work

Qualifications — in order of priority

1. MySQL / PostgreSQL — deep SQL fluency, schema design, query optimization
2. ETL & data management — proven experience building and maintaining pipelines at scale
3. Scripting — automation, data transformation, workflow tooling (eg Python)

5+ years in a data engineering or analytics engineering role preferred. SaaS background a plus.

Compensation $115,000 – $140,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. US rates. Nearshore candidates considered at adjusted ranges. 4-hour minimum overlap with 9am–5pm PT required. English fluency required.
