Job Description


Salary Range: 50,000 โ€“ 80,000 THB/Month


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rayong, Thailand, primarily responsible for end-to-end human resources and general factory administration management. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with Thai Labor Law and BOI policies, manage the entire employee lifecycle for Chinese expatriates and local Thai staff, handle visa and social security affairs, and maintain positive labor relations. Basic knowledge of customs procedures is required to assist with routine factory import/export clearance matters and liaise with relevant authorities when needed.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Fully implement Thai Labor Law, Rayong provincial labor regulations and BOI policies; manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation confirmation, transfer, promotion and resignation for all employees
  • Standardize labor contract drafting, signing, renewal and filing processes to ensure legal compliance
  • Take full charge of all visa and work permit matters for Chinese and Thai employees: Work Permit (WP), business visa, visa renewal, re-entry permit, 90-day reporting and labor certificate, eliminating illegal overstay risks
  • Handle accurate declaration and payment of Thai Social Security (SSS), provident fund and personal income tax; liaise with local social security offices for employee enrollment, termination and benefit claims
  • Coordinate with finance team for monthly payroll calculation and disbursement
  • Manage daily attendance tracking, overtime approval, statutory holidays and paid leave administration
  • Foster positive employee relations, proactively identify and resolve workplace issues, and prevent labor disputes, union conflicts and labor inspection risks
  • Oversee general factory administration: site security management, vehicle scheduling, office and production supplies procurement
  • Maintain regular communication and good working relationships with Rayong Labor Department, Immigration Bureau and other local government agencies
  • Assist with basic factory customs affairs: support routine raw material import and finished goods export clearance procedures, coordinate with customs authorities for minor issues to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications๏ผš

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics Management, Thai Language or related fields
  • Fluent in Thai (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with ability to independently liaise with Thai government agencies including Labor Department and Immigration Bureau
  • Proficient in business Chinese for effective communication with China headquarters team
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR/labor management experience in Thailand; thorough knowledge of Thai Labor Law, visa processing procedures and SSS operations
  • Working experience in Rayong industrial parks or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Thai customs clearance procedures and import/export regulations is required
  • Experience in Chinese-funded manufacturing factories in Thailand is a strong plus
  • Strong compliance awareness and risk assessment capabilities; meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced factory environment
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and skilled at developing standardized HR process templates
  • No adverse criminal or employment records in Thailand
