About Raya Advisory:

Raya Advisory is a leadership & executive search firm based in Silicon Valley, partner with AI and high-growth tech companies for their most strategic hires.


The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic, creative, entrepreneurial-minded recruiter who has a great sense and process for finding top talent. They have done technical recruiting in other agencies or top executive search firms. This person can bring the best practices to our organization and our clients' recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full-cycle recruiting process.
  • AI-savviness: use the most cutting edge AI products, understand what recurring use cases could be solve with new aI tools, and advocate for adoption of new AI tools.
  • Delivering a high white-glove experience to our clients and candidates.
  • Building strong relationships with our clients, the hiring managers, and our internal team.
  • Able to drive executive searches end-to-end.
  • Strategic sourcing, screening resumes, and evaluating candidates to determine fit.
  • Self-starter who can do well with limited structure.
  • Enjoyed being part of an early- stage but growing company and helped shape that.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in leadership and executive (director and above searches)
  • Track record of hiring top talent in well-respected organizations.
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.
  • Tech and industry knowledge, with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry.
  • Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques.
  • Interested in being in a small business and helping shape it.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.


Location:

This is a remote role. You can work anywhere in the U.S.


Compensation:

This is a contract position and commission-based (% of each placement) in addition to the yearly bonus based on the business performance. The goal is to retain the recruiter long-term and convert to full-time.
