Our family of agencies provide home care to assist with daily living as well as skilled clinical services to treat conditions and manage wellness. PurposeCare is private equity funded and growing quickly across multiple states through mergers and acquisitions as well as organic growth.
We are seeking a Data Analyst to partner with stakeholders in growing our existing business, executing strategic initiatives, and identifying opportunities for improvement. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving decision-making, improving data quality, and supporting operations through data exploration.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, derive actionable insights from data, and successfully communicate findings. Our data platform is powered by Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI, and integrates a wide variety of data sources, including EMRs, claims, and quality data, as well as cloud-based SaaS products such as SurveyMonkey and ADP.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and agency stakeholders to understand analytics needs, develop KPIs, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with revenue cycle and operations teams to monitor key performance metrics, surface trends, and flag anomalies that impact financial or clinical outcomes.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data across Snowflake and connected source systems.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify, address, and prevent data inconsistencies or inaccuracies in our data platform.
- Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to quickly make sense of new datasets.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and basic data modeling principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill data findings for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and adept at managing multiple priorities.

Location
This role is fully remote.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 plus bonus, with target compensation near the midpoint of the range. The final offer may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
