Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Enterprise Password Vault Engineer with strong hands-on experience supporting CyberArk Self-Hosted EPV environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing privileged access management infrastructure across on-premises and co-located data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, administer, and support CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) environments
• Manage and troubleshoot on-premises and co-located data center EPV instances
• Perform Windows Server administration, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting
• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations, credential vaulting, and secure access controls

• Monitor and resolve incidents, participate in troubleshooting calls, and support operational escalations
• Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to ensure secure system access and compliance
• Maintain and improve IT infrastructure related to network access, applications, web routing, and authentication systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and team collaboration activities
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

Required Skills:

• CyberArk Self-Hosted EPV
• Windows Server Administration

• Experience handling incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support
