We help people learn languages by watching the content they already enjoy — Netflix, YouTube, podcasts, Disney+, and more — through bilingual subtitles, AI grammar analysis, pronunciation scoring, and integrated practice modes. We are currently expanding from a Chrome extension into a full learning platform.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Influencer Marketing Manager at Trancy. The position focuses on driving user acquisition through creator partnerships in the language learning and EdTech space. The Influencer Marketing Manager will work closely with the Growth team to identify, recruit, and manage relationships with content creators across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, executing performance-driven campaigns and optimizing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit micro-influencers within the language learning niche on a monthly basis
- Negotiate flat-fee and affiliate-based partnerships with creators
- Plan, brief, and execute influencer campaigns from concept to delivery
- Manage and optimize the affiliate program using platforms such as Rewardful, Tolt, or Impact
- Track key performance metrics including cost per acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, and channel return on investment
- Coordinate TikTok and YouTube Shorts content collaborations with UGC creators
- Support community engagement efforts on Reddit and Discord
- Deliver weekly performance reports and growth recommendations to the Growth Lead

Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of demonstrable experience in influencer or creator marketing
- Proven track record of running campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, TikTok Analytics, and YouTube Studio
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer mobile applications
- Working proficiency in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, or Spanish
- Active personal presence on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram
- Genuine interest in language learning
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
