Overview:
One of our fast-growing US clients is looking for an SEO Specialist with a strong track record and superior critical-thinking skills to help execute and refine our SEO strategy and drive measurable growth. This role is a mid-level individual contributor position with room to grow.
You’ll support our efforts to rank higher in both Google and large language models (LLMs), and support high-impact marketing projects like landing page creation, CRO, and other activities to support marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and help improve SEO strategy to increase rankings, visibility, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and SEO experiments.
- Draw intelligent conclusions from keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to map actions that improve SEO performance.
- Maintain a world-class technical SEO: site architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawl optimization, schema markup, etc.
- Execute SEO roadmap to improve SEO signals, including: link-building strategy, topical authority development, and content consolidation and pruning strategy.
- Report weekly on SEO performance, insights, and actions, tying results directly to business KPIs like MQLS, meetings booked, and revenue.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm changes and new AI/LLM-based SEO innovations.
- Write high-converting copy for landing pages, CRO experiments, and other growth initiatives.
- Support other marketing efforts as required.

Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B.
- Can take strategic input from senior leadership and translate it into clear, actionable specs for developers and content teams.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Comfortable pulling and reasoning over GA4, GSC, ScreamingFrog, and SEMrush exports.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy.
- A go-getter. You know where to focus, plan effectively, and execute with high ownership.
