  • Maintain and organize SharePoint environments, shared drives, folder structures, permissions, and internal documentation repositories.
  • Implement and maintain IT security processes, including MFA, password management, endpoint security, access reviews, and device security controls.
  • Manage role-based access controls to ensure employees have appropriate system access based on business needs.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, cloud platforms, connectivity, and employee account-related issues.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, software providers, hardware suppliers, and external support partners.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, onboarding/offboarding guides, asset trackers, and security documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale internal IT workflows and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, internal IT operations, or related functions.
  • Hands-on experience managing employee laptops, software tools, user accounts, permissions, and IT asset inventories.
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or equivalent systems.
  • Understanding of IT security fundamentals, including MFA, password management, endpoint security, and access governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset when supporting internal employees.

  • Exposure to compliance, data security, audit readiness, or access governance processes.
  • Experience supporting fast-growing startups, research firms, consulting organizations, financial services firms, or technology-focused companies.

Growth Areas

  • Build and scale the internal IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing company operating in the AI and semiconductor ecosystem.
  • Take ownership of company-wide device management, security operations, and systems administration processes.
  • Develop scalable IT workflows and automation processes that improve operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Gain exposure to modern SaaS operations, access governance, endpoint security, and internal infrastructure management.
