We are looking for a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and leads for our clients and our organization. In this role, you will manage paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, social media, SEO, and website optimization. You will analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with sales and content teams to ensure alignment. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Write compelling ad content and design basic ad creative (or coordinate with designers).
- Track and report on key metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CP
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structure for organic search.
- Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot).
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, promotional emails).
- Write compelling subject lines and email content that drives opens and clicks, segmenting audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
- Manage and grow organic social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, images, short videos) aligned with brand voice.
- Partner with content, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Previous experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related role is preferred. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Experience managing organic social media for a business or brand.
- Ability to write compelling ad content and create basic visual content is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of digital marketing initiatives.
