Responsibilities
- Own player communication strategy across push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Build and optimize automated player journeys, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle campaigns
- Create, analyze and optimize campaigns that improve retention, reactivation, engagement, and monetization
- Work closely with product, economy, BI, and marketing teams to align communications with game events, offers, and player behavior
- Define targeting strategies based on player segments, behaviors, and lifecycle stages
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, offers, and communication frequency
- Stay on top of CRM, mobile gaming, and engagement trends to keep our communication fresh and effective

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or player communications - in iGaming, sweepstakes, or real money skill games
- Experience managing large-scale outbound communications across push, email, SMS, or similar channels
- Strong understanding of player/user psychology and engagement mechanics
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, with an ability to analyze campaign performance independently
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Passion for games and understanding of player motivation and behavior
