What You’ll Do
- Train AI models to interpret and solve complex programming and computer science problems.
- Create and answer technical questions to improve AI reasoning and code generation capabilities.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
- Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to enhance AI model performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and at least one additional language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
- Ability to clearly explain complex programming concepts in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent technical writing skills with strong grammar and clarity in both languages.
- Preferred: 1+ year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full‑Stack Developer.
