It's Time to Stop Patching and Start Rethinking.
The payments industry has a problem it's been patching for decades. Fraud, disputes, and broken buyer experiences cost billions and the tools built to fight them simply aren't keeping up. They haven't evolved the way they should have, and the industry has been making do with costly infrastructure and processes that were never built for where commerce is today. Tuhk is taking a fundamentally different approach.
Our vision is to wire the global payments ecosystem with shared intelligence that turns every stakeholder into a force against financial crime. The hardest part of building a network isn't the technology. It's making the first connection worth making. We've solved that by starting with a use case that delivers immediate, tangible value from day one, disputes between counterparties, so that every new participant strengthens the network from the moment they join.
Tuhk is building the network infrastructure and shared culture that connects banks and merchants in real time, turning fragmented, reactive dispute processes into intelligent, coordinated resolution. We're flipping the model entirely, from chasing problems to stopping them before they start.
We've done this before. Our founders have built and scaled companies that redefined this space and we're doing it again, with better timing, better technology, and a sharper point of view on where the industry is heading.
This is Day One. The decisions made now, about culture, craft, and how we show up for our customers, will define what Tuhk becomes. We're not hiring to fill seats. We're building a founding team of people who want to leave fingerprints on something that matters.
If you're hungry to do the best work of your career, at a company where your contribution is visible and your voice carries weight, we'd love to meet you.
Here’s how we show up:
• Drive: We bring passion, grit, and a team-first mindset.
• Impact: We’re driven to elevate our work, our team, and our Customers’ success.

We’re hiring a senior operator to multiply the output of our product and engineering team. You’ll partner directly with our Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) and our product and platform leads — not to manage process, but to take strategic intent and turn it into shipped work.
Practically, that means owning the cadence that keeps our roadmap honest, producing the artifacts that move work forward, and being the trusted operator senior leaders can hand work to and trust will be done at a high standard. Every hour leadership invests in you should return many hours of leverage to the team.
This is a foundational individual contributor position with high visibility across the organization. It reports directly to the CTPO, with strong working partnerships to our VP of Product Development and our VP of Platform Architecture.
Operating Cadence — Keep the work moving. Run the day-to-day rhythms across product and engineering — standups, sprint planning, retros, and demos — with an unrelenting bias toward shipped work over ritual. Maintain Jira and the technical roadmap as a single source of truth: what’s in flight, what’s blocked, what’s next. Track every workstream, follow up relentlessly, and close the loop with whoever raised the work. Process is a tool we bend to the work, not the other way around.
Product Craft — Turn strategy and Customer insight into shipped work. Translate strategic direction and customer feedback (surfaced by our customer-facing teams — Solutions Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, and our GTM Executive team) into clear requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Own customer-facing product documentation — issuer and merchant walkthroughs, dashboard guides, and integration extensions — and partner with Product and UI to produce pre-release documentation that the engineering team can build against.
Executive Communication — Produce the artifacts the company runs on. Draft and refine the board decks, product updates, all-hands materials, and external announcements that keep stakeholders aligned. Take a half-formed strategic idea and return a finished product — a doc, a deck, a backlog, a plan — at a quality bar that allows leadership to ship without rewriting. You pick up the pen yourself rather than delegating it.
Executive Partnership — Be the operator senior leadership trusts. Sit inside leadership conversations, capture decisions as actions, and drive them to completion. Take work that has been handed off and execute it with confidence — extracting intent from a fast download, asking the right questions in the room, and returning shippable output. Earn the kind of trust that lets senior leaders operate at full capacity without becoming the bottleneck on every artifact.

• 6+ years in roles that demanded both organizational rigor and high-quality production — Senior Manager Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Senior Program Manager, Senior Producer, or Senior Operator at a high-growth company.
• A bias for shipping over tracking. You measure success by what was delivered, not what was managed.
• Process is a tool, not your identity. You bend cadence and tooling to the work; you don’t advocate for methodologies as a goal in themselves.
• Technical and product credibility. You don’t need to write code, but you can hold your own with senior engineers and product designers — following architecture discussions, asking substantive questions in technical design reviews, reading code review threads, and translating complex work for both technical and non-technical audiences. A prior technical background — software engineering, technical product management, or technical consulting — is strongly preferred.
• Strong product instincts. You can capture requirements, write acceptance criteria, and produce customer-facing documentation that feels considered.
• A high personal quality bar. The artifacts you produce — decks, documents, requirements, and updates — are good enough that senior leaders ship them without rewriting.
• Confidence and judgment. You make the call and move forward without asking permission for every step, and you push back kindly when needed.
• Exceptional written communication. Most of your work product lives or dies on the prose; you make complexity feel simple.
• Comfort with ambiguity. You see gaps as opportunities to fill rather than problems to escalate.
• A builder’s mentality. Excited to do the work — not just to orchestrate it.
• Hands-on with modern product and engineering tooling — Jira, Confluence, Linear, Notion, Figma, or similar.
• Bonus: prior experience in fintech, payments, fraud prevention, or high-trust B2B SaaS.
• Equity Potential: We have the opportunity to own a piece of Tuhk through options.
• Remote: We’re fully remote.
• Balance: Three weeks (15 business days) PTO.
• Health: Coverage starts on day one. We value peace of mind.
• Offsite: Epic annual team-building adventures to connect and recharge.
We already know you’re awesome and can work almost anywhere. If you want more than a job – if you want to be here and want to be part of this team – let’s chat.
