This is a contract-based, remote position ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented paid media specialist who understands not only campaign management, but also the importance of accurate tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining Google Ads campaigns for behavioral health, addiction treatment, mental health, or healthcare organizations and understands the complexities of lead attribution, call tracking, landing page optimization, and CRM integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and remarketing
- Conduct keyword research, negative keyword management, bid strategy optimization, and ad testing
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Implement Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) and call tracking solutions
- Set up and manage proper UTM tracking structures
- Configure and maintain Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Integrate tracking systems such as CallTrackingMetrics, phone systems, Dazos CRM, Salesforce, and other lead attribution platforms
- Ensure clean data flow and accurate reporting from ad click to lead conversion
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and conversion issues
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal marketing, admissions, and web development teams

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for behavioral health, addiction treatment, healthcare, or related industries
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Experience with:
- Google Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- CallTrackingMetrics (CTM)
- Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI)
- Salesforce and/or Dazos CRM integrations
- Landing page builders such as Unbounce or similar platforms
- Ability to independently manage campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting from start to finish
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Native English speaker preferred
- U.S.-based preferred

This is a fully remote, contract position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support growing behavioral health brands with meaningful, mission-driven work.
This role also has the potential to grow into a full-time position with annual compensation up to $90,000 for the right candidate.
