About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces and experiences. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness of our digital campaigns and the overall user engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset coupled with analytical skills, enabling them to craft user-centric designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also optimized for performance across multiple devices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to socially conscious brands and make a meaningful impact through innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within DTC brands and/or digital agencies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in eCommerce UI and landing page design
• Proven ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively to teams and clients
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating in distributed team environments
• Knowledge of eCommerce web design principles and CRO strategies
• Proficiency in UX software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools

• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is preferred
• Excellent visual, interaction, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create seamless user experiences across eCommerce websites and landing pages, from initial concepts to high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify design challenges and develop strategic, user-centered solutions
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that enhance user engagement and satisfaction
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and industry best practices to ensure optimal usability
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure accessibility standards are met
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and incorporate innovative techniques into design processes
• Assist in the development of design systems and standards to streamline future projects
