Senior Animator (Remote)

Please provide a Portfolio or Demo Reel.

We are looking for a highly skilled animator to join our remote art team. They should be experienced in Spine and Photoshop or have similar transferable knowledge. You will work directly with the Art Director and Game Producer to create the most exciting and entertaining slot games for online casinos with awesome innovative animations for backgrounds, characters and other assets.

The ideal person will have a good eye for detail, be able to deal with the pressure of deadline driven deliveries, be motivated to continually improve, and relish working as part of a remote team. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing business that is on course for success, and you will be working within a team of proven industry experts, developers, and artists.

Main responsibilities

• Create quality animations in Spine and contribute art assets on projects
• Assist in creation of game, theme and style ideas and concepts, including kick ass optimised animation ideas
• Provide artistic support for developers who are coding animations and building prototypes
  
  

Skills

• Strong animation skills from characters to effects, excellent sense of timing and weight.
• Spine – or similar
• Photoshop
• Strong communication skills – Fluent in English

• After Effects experience
• Experience in any of the following After Effects plugins: Videocopilot Saber, Redgiant Trapcode, Mettle Flux, Borisfx Sapphire – or similar
• Adobe Animate/Flash, Dragon Bones, Anima2D – or similar
• Texture Packer and Art asset animation / management / optimisation for low file size or performance skills
• General game concept and design skills
• Design, illustration or photo manipulation skills
• Video skills
• 3D animation or design skills
• Sound editing or creation skills
• Experience working with multi-national outsource artists and studios
