Role: Senior SQL DBA

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, administer, and optimize SQL Server databases
- Support high-availability solutions including Always On, failover clustering, and replication
- Monitor database performance, tuning, backup/recovery, and security
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support enterprise applications
- Manage mission-critical production databases in highly transactional environments
- Support database deployments, upgrades, and change management activities
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or scripting tools

Requirements
- 8–10+ years of SQL Server DBA experience
- Strong experience with SQL Server clustering and Always On
- Experience with SQL failover clusters and transactional replication
- Strong database tuning, performance optimization, backup, and recovery experience
- Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise environments
- Experience with Windows/PowerShell scripting preferred
- Strong understanding of database security and HA/DR architecture
