What You’ll Do
- Train AI models to understand, interpret, and solve complex programming challenges.
- Create and answer computer science and software development questions used to improve AI reasoning and code generation.
- Review, analyze, and rank AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
- Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to enhance AI model performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
- Ability to clearly explain complex programming concepts in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent technical writing skills with strong grammar and clarity in both languages.
- Preferred: 1+ year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
