The Role
We’re looking for an experienced software engineer who’s just as comfortable talking with clients as they are talking about code.
This is a part-time, fully remote contractor role where you’ll act as the bridge between our clients and our engineering team. You’ll join calls, ask the right questions, clarify what actually needs to be built, and make sure everyone stays aligned - technically and non-technically.

What You’ll Be Doing
Joining video calls with clients for discovery, updates, and follow-ups
Asking smart questions to understand requirements, constraints, and priorities
Turning client conversations into clear, actionable tasks for our developers
Explaining technical decisions, trade-offs, and progress in simple, non-technical language
Writing short, clear meeting notes and follow-up action items
Keeping clients informed about timelines, risks, and blockers before they become issues
Spotting opportunities to expand work when it genuinely makes sense
Building long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
Native-level English (spoken and written) - you’re confident leading calls with US clients
5+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a closely related technical role
Strong understanding of modern software development (web, mobile, APIs, cloud)
Comfortable translating between business goals and technical reality
Familiar with US communication style and time zones
Organized, reliable, and good at following up and closing loops
Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
Nice to Have
Experience working with US-based clients
Background in customer success, account management, or pre-sales
Experience in FinTech, eCommerce, or AI-driven products
