Senior iOS Tech Lead

Experience - 12+ Years

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Tech Lead with deep expertise in iOS native development and large-scale mobile application engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Swift and Objective-C, proven leadership capabilities, and end-to-end ownership of production-grade mobile platforms.

This role requires a strong engineering mindset, architecture leadership, mentoring experience, and the ability to drive high-quality mobile solutions at scale.

• 12+ years of software development experience building large-scale web/mobile applications
• Minimum 3+ years in a Tech Lead role managing projects and mentoring engineers
• Strong hands-on experience in iOS native development using Swift and Objective-C
• Exposure to cross-platform technologies such as Dart and/or JavaScript
• Proven ownership of production systems including:
• Design
• Development
• Deployment
• Monitoring
• Continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of architecture patterns:
• MVVM

• Swift and Objective-C experience is not recent or lacks strong hands-on contribution
• Limited evidence of end-to-end production ownership, including deployment, monitoring, and operational support
• Insufficient exposure to testing frameworks, automation practices, TDD, or XCTest
• No demonstrated experience with analytics, experimentation platforms, A/B testing, or feature flagging
• Limited cross-platform exposure across Flutter, Dart, JavaScript, React Native, or WebViews
• Experience is primarily limited to individual contributor responsibilities without technical leadership scope.
