About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team at ICOINAGE SOFT LABS. This role involves taking full ownership of the mobile application development process across both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications that align with our company's vision of delivering seamless healthcare solutions. Initially, this position will be remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. Over time, the role will transition to an in-person position based in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, where collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-centric mobile applications.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Flutter and mobile application development. A proven track record includes at least two published production mobile applications, demonstrating the ability to independently handle app releases on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart is required, along with a comprehensive understanding of mobile app lifecycle management for iOS and Android platforms. Candidates should have hands-on experience with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console for app deployment and management. Familiarity with integrating GraphQL and REST APIs, optimizing mobile architecture, and implementing effective state management techniques is essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate knowledge of modern UI/UX principles, performance tuning, and troubleshooting platform-specific issues. Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-driven development aids is highly preferred, as it aligns with our focus on leveraging advanced tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
