Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Recruiting Coordinator to support one or more recruiters in a fast-paced, high-touch recruiting environment. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience by managing interview logistics, communications, and administrative tasks across the full recruitment lifecycle.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote setting, takes initiative, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all administrative aspects of the recruitment process at the direction of assigned recruiters
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners
- Manage high-volume calendar coordination and interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Communicate with internal and external applicants throughout the hiring process
- Review resumes and, at times, assist with candidate screening
- Facilitate interview logistics, skills assessments, and candidate follow-ups
- Initiate background check and reference check processes and monitor completion
- Support offer and acceptance processes, including documentation tracking
- Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records within the applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding and pre-employment coordination as needed
- Partner with multiple recruiters and vendors while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar recruiting support role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with heavy calendar management and interview scheduling
- High-touch, service-oriented mindset with attention to candidate experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working independently while proactively seeking guidance when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple recruiters or teams
- Exposure to temporary or contract staffing coordination
- Experience working with multiple vendors and hiring managers
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Workday is a plus but not required
