The Security Manager will serve as a key operational leader, responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical security, surveillance coordination, regulatory compliance, risk management, and incident response across the property. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong judgment, operational maturity, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, accountability, and relationship-building are essential.
Beyond managing day-to-day security operations, the successful candidate will help shape the broader safety culture of the organization, partnering closely with senior leadership to strengthen operational standards, team development, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance. Description
Security Operations
- Oversee daily security operations, including incident response, patrols, access control, and emergency response procedures.
- Manage surveillance systems, alarm monitoring, access control systems, and physical security infrastructure.
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property.
- Partner with senior operational leadership to ensure compliance with all gaming and security standards.
Team Leadership & HR
- Lead, schedule, and develop security and facilities teams across multiple shifts.
- Conduct coaching, performance management, and corrective action processes where required.
- Support ongoing staff development through training focused on compliance, emergency response, customer service, and security procedures.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, inspectors, and law enforcement when required.
- Support AML and FINTRAC-related compliance obligations and reporting protocols.
Incident Management & Investigations
- Lead investigations related to incidents, accidents, policy breaches, and security concerns.
- Oversee documentation, evidence preservation, and reporting standards.
- Coordinate emergency responses, including medical situations, evacuations, and law enforcement involvement.
Risk Management & Auditing

Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience within security, gaming, hospitality, law enforcement, or other regulated operational environments.
- Strong understanding of compliance, investigations, reporting, and operational risk management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming and security certifications and licensing.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and strong conflict resolution capabilities.
