We’re supporting a rapidly growing robotics company developing advanced automation technology, including AMRs, manipulator arms, autonomous robotic systems, and intelligent robotic platforms used in real-world operational environments at scale.

They are now hiring for several Robotics Engineering opportunities and are looking for talented engineers from robotics, software, automation, systems, infrastructure, and related technical backgrounds to relocate to Tokyo, Japan (visa and relocation support provided).

What You’ll Do:

• Work on cutting-edge robotics and automation technologies deployed in real-world environments

• Contribute across robotics software, systems integration, deployment, infrastructure, and operational improvement

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary international engineering teams

• Help build scalable, reliable, and high-performance robotic platforms

• Solve complex technical challenges across the robotics development lifecycle

What They’re Looking For:

• Background in robotics, software, automation, systems, or related engineering fields

• Experience with ROS/ROS2, Python, C++, Linux, or related technologies

• Passion for robotics and solving real-world engineering problems

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
