Relocation Specialist

TELUS Digital Bulgaria is looking for passionate Relocation Specialist to join our Recruitment Team - get the job you will enjoy!

Your responsibilities:

• Daily interactions and regular meetings with the relocated team members through different channels – phone, chat, email
• Assisting the relocated candidates with registering and processing all required documents
• Post-arrival support - documents registration, accommodation assistance
• Strictly following deadlines in regards to the legal processes of different national institutions
• Assisting in synchronizing the efforts of different departments within the company and systematizing received data and information
• Actively participating in the recruitment process, depending on the current needs of the company
• Ongoing support - local environment guide, medical support, accommodation, etc.

Our requirements:

• Excellent English language skills and Bulgarian skills
• 6+ months experience in BPO industry will be considered as an advantage
• Passion for self-development
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Intermediate PC skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, Internet etc.
