About the Role
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to plug into a well-established boutique practice and grow with it. This is not an entry-level role. You will own a mix of business development, client management, and full-cycle candidate sourcing and delivery, and you will do it with the support of a deep database, a strong brand in our target market, and a founder who has been doing this for decades. The role is fully remote and structured to fit the right person. Whether you are looking for part-time flexibility or want to grow into a full-time position, we are open to building a comp structure that reflects your ambitions and the value you bring.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and manage candidates for senior-level searches across finance, accounting, legal, HR, and operations
- Identify and develop new client relationships with growth-stage companies in our target market
- Manage active search engagements from kickoff through close, serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Leverage our established ATS/CRM database and existing network to accelerate sourcing on every engagement

Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record placing permanent hires at the $100k+ base level, ideally in finance, accounting, or business functions
- Experience working in or alongside boutique or retained search (agency or in-house at a high-growth company both considered)
- Comfort operating in a lean, autonomous environment where you own your outcomes
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach with both clients and candidates
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM tools, and modern sourcing techniques

Pay range and compensation package
We are flexible on structure. This can be part-time or full-time, with comp built around base, commission, or a combination depending on your background and how you want to engage. Our goal is to find the right person and build something that works for both of us long term.
