We specialize in launching consumer products at scale across Amazon EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia. We've launched 500+ products across multiple brands and categories, and we're doubling down for even bigger expansion.


Here's the thing: our current ad spend is under $2M/year on $50M in revenue. That means there is massive room to grow, and we're looking for the person who will own that growth.


What You'll Do

You will own Amazon PPC across our entire portfolio: 1,000+ ASINs, multiple marketplaces, dozens of categories. Your mission has two pillars:

  1. Maximize profitable incremental sales across the existing catalog. Not just maintaining ACOS, but driving real, measurable revenue growth while keeping profitability in check.
  2. Supercharge launches. We launch constantly. Your advertising strategy will be a key lever in making those launches succeed faster and more reliably.


We're scaling ad spend from ~$2M toward $4M+. You'll have both the responsibility and the freedom to make that happen intelligently.


Day to day, this means:

  • Building and running PPC systems that work at scale. Not manually tweaking keywords one by one, but designing frameworks, rules, and processes that manage a large, diverse portfolio efficiently.
  • Analyzing large volumes of data to make smart allocation decisions. You know when you have statistical significance before optimizing. You understand incrementality.
  • Experimenting constantly. Testing new strategies at small scale, measuring rigorously, then scaling what works.
  • Staying on top of every change Amazon makes to its advertising platform. New ad types, new placements, new levers. You're on it before anyone else.
  • Using AI tools effectively to enhance your PPC management, whether for data analysis, bid optimization, or scaling campaign operations.
  • Collaborating with our creative team (graphic designers, video artists) to get the assets you need for Sponsored Brands, video ads, and beyond.
  • Communicating results and strategic recommendations clearly to the team.


There is a ton of room for growth in this position. You'll have direct influence on one of the company's most important growth levers, and a seat at the table on marketing strategy, launch planning, and product development.

About You

You live and breathe Amazon PPC. You see a massive, diverse product catalog not as complexity but as a giant video game with endless levels to beat. You're obsessed with the data, the mechanics, and the strategy.


Required

  • Proven experience managing Amazon PPC at significant scale (6+ figures in monthly ad spend across multiple marketplaces)
  • Deep understanding of all Amazon ad formats: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and how to use each strategically
  • Strong analytical thinking. Comfortable working with large datasets, pivot tables, and making decisions rooted in statistical significance
  • Clear understanding of incrementality, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and how PPC fits into overall product profitability (Gross Profit, not just ad metrics)
  • Systems mindset. You think in frameworks and scalable processes, not one-off manual optimizations
  • Up to date on Amazon Ads changes, betas, and new features
  • Experimentation-driven. You test, measure, learn, and scale
  • Competent using AI tools to support and accelerate your work
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to operate with high autonomy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: 2,500 EUR/month + performance-based bonus tied to results
  • Annual salary increase and promotions according to performance
