Job Description
The role is about:
We are looking for a senior, technically strong Product Manager (Core Banking) to take ownership of our core banking platform and drive its next stage of growth.
This is not a feature-factory product role. You will own a mission-critical banking system that powers our financial infrastructure and supports our expansion into Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS). Your focus will be on scalability, sustainability, and measurable business impact.
You will define product direction, set priorities, and ensure the platform evolves in line with our North Star: sustainable growth in active clients and revenue.
You will work at the intersection of Product and Engineering — collaborating closely with developers, delivery managers, and business stakeholders to ensure we build scalable, technically sound solutions that deliver real value.
If you enjoy owning complex systems, thinking in architecture and scalability terms, and driving impact through disciplined roadmap execution — this role is for you.
