Job Description:
Our client, is seeking an experienced Search Marketing Manager with 7–10 years of hands-on experience leading and scaling sophisticated Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs. This role is both strategic and executional, responsible for helping define the overall search marketing vision while ensuring best-in-class day-to-day performance across our portfolio of owned brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong people and cross-functional partner, and deeply analytical marketer who can translate business objectives into scalable search strategies. You will play a key role in shaping how search marketing drives growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage, while leveraging automation, AI, and emerging technologies in an evolving digital landscape. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to influence high-impact marketing initiatives and directly contribute to measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the overall search marketing strategy aligned to business growth and performance goals.
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of complex SEM programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, and related platforms.
- Own performance across large, multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring efficiency, scale, and strong return on ad spend.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership on search trends, investment opportunities, and risks.
- Leverage AI, automation, and platform innovations to improve bidding, targeting, messaging, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities that inform both near-term optimizations and long-term strategy.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify experimentation and testing roadmaps that drive continuous improvement within the SEM program.
- Establish best practices, processes, and documentation as the in-house subject matter expert.
- Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, brand managers, analytics, design, merchandising, and technology teams to deliver integrated initiatives.
- Demonstrate genuine curiosity and passion for the digital marketing landscape, staying current on platform changes, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience managing and scaling large, complex SEM programs with demonstrated success against performance goals.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, and related search platforms.
- Strong analytical background with fluency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar.
- Proven ability to define strategy while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and advanced bidding technologies in paid search.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in travel, tourism is a Big Plus, but not required.
