Install Workstation, Bootstrapped Nodes, Write Recipes and Cookbooks and upload them to Chef-server, manage on-site OS/Applications/Services/Packages using Chef as well as GCP for EC2/S3 & ELB with Chef Cookbooks. Work on GCP Services like Compute Engine, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Deployment Manager. Set up a GCP Firewall rules to allow or deny traffic to and from the VM’s instances based on specified configurations. Create Linux containers in CoreOS and Docker and Automated system using Chef. Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using Jenkins with build tools like Maven, Ant and Gradle. Use Splunk forwarders to provide reliable and secure collection and delivery of data to the Splunk platform for indexing, storage and analysis. Set up Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana for multiple clusters, helping other teams quickly access new job logs. Work under supervision. Travel And/or Relocation to Unanticipated Client Sites throughout USA is required.

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Electrical Engineering or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or Engineer or closely related field.

Experience Required

Experience of Six (6) Months with Java or DevOps is Required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
