  • We’re looking for a Client Onboarding & Training Associate who is excited about helping customers succeed while growing their own career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

In this role, you’ll support client onboarding, lead virtual trainings, help customers confidently navigate our platform, and work closely with cross-functional teams to create a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, problem solving, learning new technology, and building relationships.

We’re especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in customer success, onboarding, training, education, instructional design, healthcare technology, or SaaS — but we also welcome candidates eager to grow into the role.

Salary range: $65,000 USD - $75,000 USD
