About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and entrepreneurial marketing leader to serve as Marketing Manager for 20-20. This person will be responsible for the development of a centralized strategic marketing plan and the execution and follow-up of all initiatives.Â
Key responsibilities include:
- Enhance and ensure our brand is well-defined and visible in the market with clients, prospects, referral sources, and key influencers
- Establish and maintain best practices for brand and communications through all channels, including website, social platforms, campaigns, events, pitch materials, training materials, thought leadership, etc.
- The build-out of an integrated go-to-market strategy that leverages best practices for campaigns, thought leadership, digital marketing, events, etc. and that can be efficiently delivered across appropriate markets to help reinforce key messages and trends to emphasize our industry expertise
- Review, assess, and develop content strategy, calendar and maintenance for website, thought leadership, and social channels
- Facilitate workstream between marketing and sales to execute campaigns and initiatives to streamline and enhance brand
- Build a framework to drive development and maintenance of self-service marketing and business development tools
- Work with sales to develop and maintain a robust client/prospect/referral list
- Manage all elements of participation in conferences and events
- Lead coordination of any public relations, award nominations, speaking opportunities, lists, etc.
- Compile annual assessment of client and market key trends and issues and identify major areas where we can cross-pollinate and opportunities to package custom solutions/campaigns
- Drive coordination, tracking and assessment of plans, budgets, and initiatives quarterly to stay on target with growth goals
- Review and manage key ROI drivers, analytic reports and dashboards for campaigns and initiatives to measure against goals–ensure communication and regular reporting sales and leadership
- Review and analyze key referral sources and look to streamline tactical efforts with joint programs and initiatives
- Review Win/Loss/Open operations reports and drive reporting through CRM
- Ensure adoption and adherence of CRM and monitor use of CRM as tool to leverage data and analysis of marketing and sales initiatives and inform on trends and potential opportunities
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on budget, ROI, KPIs, goals, campaign successes and challenges

Skills necessary:
- Experience with professional services industry, public accounting firms and/or CPE and learning and development organizations
- Requires proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of web maintenance (WordPress) and Monday.com CRM platform a plus
- Requires a bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business major)
- Occasional travel, as needed, for internal meetings, conferences, etc.
- 5-7 years of work experience in marketing at minimum
- Fully remote position, work from home, must be based in U.S. and authorized to work in U.S. Eastern or Central time zones preferred
- Work hours could be flexible for the right candidate
