Senior IT Infrastructure Project Leader

For an European organization in Strasbourg, France, we are urgently looking for a Hybrid IT / Cloud / Enterprise Infrastructure Project Leader. The Infrastructure Project Leader is a senior delivery role responsible for leading end‑to‑end IT infrastructure projects across hybrid and multinational environments, ensuring high‑quality execution aligned with operational excellence, security standards, and governance frameworks.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Strasbourg or willing to relocate to Strasbourg. Consultants in Strasbourg are also allowed to work from home.

Must hold, or be eligible and willing to obtain, a Personal Security Clearance (PSC) in accordance with EU or national security requirements.

Work permit is not provided. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead IT infrastructure projects across multinational environments;
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (systems, networks, cloud, security, workplace, and operations);
• Manage project scope, planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables;
• Oversee service transition to operations, ensuring stability and continuity;
• Act as the main point of contact for technical stakeholders, business teams, and external vendors;

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based processes;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, automation, and operational resilience;
• Prepare executive reporting and manage budget tracking;
• Support audit, compliance, and security processes;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• +10 years of IT experience;
• Proven experience leading complex, large‑scale IT infrastructure projects in enterprise or regulated environments;
• Strong understanding of service management and operations in critical environments;
• Great experience working with hybrid infrastructures: on-premises, cloud, and data centers;
• Solid technical background in:
• Windows/Linux Operating systems

• Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Experience in critical operations environments;
