We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing & Industrial Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team supporting a portfolio of manufacturing, industrial, automation, machining, and food production clients across Wisconsin and surrounding markets.
🚨 This is a unique opportunity for a recruiter to step into a “warm desk” environment with active client relationships, multiple live openings, and immediate recruiting activity already underway. Several clients are repeat customers with ongoing hiring needs across maintenance, machining, automation, quality, and manufacturing leadership.
đź’° Commission opportunities are substantial, with multiple multi-opening searches currently active. Recruiters who can generate candidate flow, build relationships, and move quickly will have the ability to make an immediate impact financially.
This role is ideal for a recruiter with prior agency/search firm experience who understands the urgency, pace, and relationship-driven nature of manufacturing recruiting. The recruiter will support high-volume and specialty searches across maintenance, CNC machining, automation, quality, operations, and manufacturing leadership functions.
The ideal recruiter is comfortable sourcing both hourly and salaried talent, managing multiple openings simultaneously, and building strong pipelines within skilled trades and industrial manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage
- Source and recruit skilled manufacturing and industrial talent
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and interview preparation
- Build talent pipelines for maintenance, machining, automation, and operations roles
- Partner closely with Account Managers and hiring leaders
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, referrals, and networking strategies
- Write and manage job postings across multiple recruiting channels
- Coordinate interview processes and offer negotiations
- Maintain detailed recruiting activity within ATS/CRM systems
- Support candidate marketing and proactive recruiting initiatives
Qualifications
- Prior agency recruiting or executive search experience REQUIRED
- Experience recruiting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, maintenance, machining, or operations talent strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried positions
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
