About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Amazon Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that enhance product listings, advertisements, and overall brand presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with content writers, marketing strategists, and product teams to develop cohesive visual assets that align with brand standards and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly within the e-commerce space, and possess a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, influence brand storytelling, and grow professionally in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in highly relevant e-commerce or Amazon-specific design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating compelling visuals for product listings, ads, and social media campaigns
• Experience designing for Amazon A+ Content, Sponsored Brand creatives, banners, and other advertising assets
• Excellent understanding of e-commerce design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Docs
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to research industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements in accordance with company and department standards
• Collaborate with Content Copy Writers and Content Managers to produce cohesive and high-performing visual assets for listings and marketing campaigns
• Create graphics for Amazon ads, including Sponsored Brand creatives, banners, and other promotional materials aimed at increasing click-through and conversion rates
• Research industry trends and analyze competitor designs to ensure the brand remains visually competitive and innovative
• Explore and implement emerging design trends, tools, and eCommerce best practices to maintain a cutting-edge visual identity
• Maintain organized files and asset libraries to facilitate efficient workflow across the team
• Discuss and resolve design inconsistencies with managers, ensuring alignment with client and company requirements
• Build and nurture collaborative relationships with internal teams to meet objectives and resolve challenges effectively
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for colleagues within the team
• Maintain or exceed established performance standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with department standards and industry advancements
