Technical Support Specialist

The Role

• Troubleshoot customer issues via telephone, email, and web/live chat, applying advanced techniques.

• Dive deep into the root cause of technical issues for tailored solutions.

• Coach and mentor new hires, develop training materials, and partner with development teams.

• Participate in the hiring process and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Be prepared for on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend work.

What You'll Need

• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in system administration and troubleshooting operating systems and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with at least one of these technology areas: DevOps, serverless, software development, CI/CD, AI/ML, Storage, Networking, or Databases.

• Legal right to work in Germany.
