Job Description
About The Company
This is an AI‑native startup building advanced legal automation systems for small and mid‑sized law firms. The team recently raised a Series A, has grown revenue more than 4× in the last four months, and is scaling quickly to meet demand. With a current team of :15, every engineer plays a defining role in product direction, culture, and technical standards.
The company's AI agents already outperform human lawyers in third‑party evaluations — this is applied AGI work, not toy demos.
About The Role
We're hiring a full‑stack engineer (1–5 years experience) who loves building, shipping, and owning production systems. You'll work across the entire stack — TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js, LLMs, agentic workflows — and ship features that immediately impact real customers.
This is a high‑agency, high‑ownership role where you'll work directly with founders, legal experts, and internal teams to build AI systems that automate real legal workflows.
What You'll Do
- Ship production‑grade features across the full stack (TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js)
- Build intuitive UI/UX for AI‑native workflows using LLMs and agentic architectures
- Prototype and iterate rapidly on zero‑to‑one features
- Own your work end‑to‑end: design build deploy monitor iterate
- Contribute to both product engineering and infrastructure
- Work closely with internal teams to understand workflows and automate them
- Help set the engineering bar and shape the culture for future hires
