Tech Lead - React Native - Relocation to the UAE 🇦🇪
Our client is hiring a React Native Tech Lead with 9+ years of experience as they look to build a brand new team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the design of high-level applications related to Web and Mobile. If you have strong experience in Architecture Design and Stakeholder Management, this one is for you!
**This is an on-site role in the UAE - must relocate from Europe - only apply if a relocation interests you**
Tech Stack:
React Native, REST, Typescript, AWS, Mobx, Redux
Salary:
45k-50k dirhams per month (135k - 150k euros per year Tax Free)
Relocation Support provided (medical insurance & VISA for you and the family)
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design of the architecture to bolster future growth
- Communicate with end clients and stakeholders to define roadmap and strategy to build exceptional mobile experience
- Ensure applications are built on-time and are resilient
- Create architectures for mobile apps that are sturdy and scalable
- Ensure performance and scalability is optimized for data systems
- Constantly identify latest technologies and tools to amplify our client's data capabilities
- Work in a cross-functional environment with POs, Data Engineers, Backend Developers
What Is Needed From You:
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering
- Expertise in leading teams of 6+ team members
- Strong, proven stakeholder and client management experience (minimum of 3 years)
- Elite-level knowledge of React Native and developing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Exceptional experience with designing mobile application architecture
- Previous work with developing web applications
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Redux, AWS, Mobx, Typescript, Javascript, React
- Strong knowledge of REST and GraphQL
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths
