About The Role

Onboard UX Lab is looking for everyday smartphone users based in the UK to help evaluate the onboarding experience of a regulated fintech app. This is a fully remote, one-off task - no prior experience or technical knowledge required.

What You Will Do

Download a UK fintech app on your iPhone or Android phone, complete the sign-up and onboarding process, and share brief feedback on your experience. The full task takes around 20 minutes.

Payment

Pay is sent directly upon task completion.
