ABOUT THE ROLE
We're growing and we need someone who can keep our marketing engine running while the team focuses on client delivery. This is a hands-on coordinator role for someone who's organized, curious, and ready to learn HubSpot from people who actually live in it every day.
You'll manage our day-to-day marketing operations across LinkedIn, content, and email. You'll work directly with the founder on campaigns, content calendars, and audience growth. If you've ever wanted to learn RevOps and HubSpot from a specialist firm, this is that role.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- LinkedIn content calendar — scheduling, publishing, community engagement
- Weekly content production coordination (blogs, social posts, case study assists)
- HubSpot Solutions Directory profile and review pipeline management
- Email campaign setup and list management

- Marketing metrics tracking and weekly reporting
- Webinar and event logistics coordination
- Referral program logistics and partner communications

- Light copy edits and content QA
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (any flavor — agency, in-house, freelance)
- Excellent written communication and an eye for detail
- Comfortable with marketing tools (CRM, social schedulers, project management)
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, async environment
- Curious about RevOps and HubSpot — no HubSpot experience required, we'll teach you
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS
- $65,000–$70,000 / year (Full-Time)
- Fully remote (US-based)
- Flexible hours
