Solutions Architect responsible for designing scalable, secure, cloud-native applications supporting high-traffic digital platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own architecture and design for cloud data applications
- Support a homegrown CMS and cloud-native microservices ecosystem
- Partner with product and development teams on investigation spikes
- Define infrastructure needs for new product initiatives
- Communicate architectural direction to technical leads
- Ensure scalability, security, resiliency, uptime, and maintainability
- Provide data-backed reasoning for architectural decisions
- Guide microservices and micro-frontend architecture patterns

Requirements:
Must-Haves:- 5 years of progressive software engineering experience
- At least a few years in a true architect role
- Strong Azure and AWS cloud experience
- Multicloud environment experience
- Strong microservices architecture experience
- Micro-frontend architecture experience
- Strong understanding of network protocols
- Experience with network-edge caching strategies
- Experience maintaining high availability across the network layer
- Strong optimization, scalability, security, and resiliency principles
- Ability to adapt quickly and communicate across product and engineering teams
