We are looking for a skilled, proactive Systems Administrator to join our team and manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will administer servers, cloud services, user accounts, and networks, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for our fully remote workforce. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, automate routine tasks, and support our team with the tools and access they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Active Directory, Azure AD, and business applications.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
- Conduct regular security assessments, patch management, and system updates to mitigate risks.
- Provide advanced technical support to remote employees, resolving complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Previous experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or related technical role is preferred.
