The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working in regulated or high‑availability environments.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Systems Support
- Provide technical support for servers, networks, storage, workstations, and client devices supporting operational systems.
- Ensure system performance, integrity, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across infrastructure and application layers.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Validation & Documentation
- Develop and execute system validation and commissioning protocols (installation, operational testing, etc.).
- Maintain and update system documentation, including procedures, specifications, and work instructions.
Change Management & Compliance
- Manage and execute change requests within established control processes.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting manufacturing execution or lab systems.
- Experience with system documentation, interface design, and data integration.
