About The Role
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our remote‑first team. In this pivotal role, you will enable our engineering organization to ship dependable, scalable software across our cloud infrastructure and applications. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure‑as‑code, and enhancing observability to ensure secure, consistent deployments across multiple environments. You will collaborate closely with a senior DevOps engineer to optimize infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency and work cross-functionally with cloud engineering, data engineering, firmware, and clinical application teams. An AI‑native mindset is essential, as you will leverage modern AI tooling to automate workflows, improve code quality, and accelerate development processes, ultimately contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare through technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or a related discipline (including internships or academic projects)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive mindset with initiative to improve automation and reduce operational toil
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or .NET/C# programming languages
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices and tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Jira

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Python, .NET/C#, and Flutter projects using Bitbucket Pipelines and CircleCI
