PROJECT
Join an international engineering team working on advanced Interior Sensing solutions focused on Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) and Cabin Monitoring technologies for automotive environments. You will work on low-level embedded software components enabling reliable image transfer, buffer management, shared memory communication, and real-time processing across Linux/QNX-based systems in modern automotive platforms.
YOU WILL
- Develop and maintain embedded software components in C++ for Interior Sensing platforms.
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions following modern C++14/17 standards
- Perform software verification activities, including unit testing and code coverage analysis.
- Create and maintain Unit Tests (UT) for developed software modules
- Analyze and resolve issues reported by Static Code Analysis tools
- Improve and maintain code quality, readability, and complexity standards
- Collaborate with distributed international engineering teams across Poland and India
- Work with source control systems and code review processes using Gerrit/GitHub
- Support integration and debugging activities in Linux/QNX environments
- Contribute to image and video processing-related functionalities within the CoreFramework architecture

MUST HAVE
- 5–10 years of experience in Embedded Software Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Embedded C++ development
- Very good understanding of software design, implementation, and debugging principles
- Experience writing Unit Tests and working with code coverage tools
- Experience resolving Static Code Analysis findings and maintaining coding quality standards
- Knowledge of modern C++ standards (C++14/C++17)
- Good understanding of Linux and/or QNX operating systems
- Experience with Git/Gerrit and source code branching strategies
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- MSc degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
