We are looking for an HR, Learning and Development Specialist with a strong sales background to join our team in an exciting international relocation opportunity.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the reality of commercial and sales environments, has previously worked in customer-facing or sales-driven roles, and can translate sales challenges into effective recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development programs.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment for sales roles, managing HR onboarding processes, coaching and developing commercial teams, improving sales performance through practical learning programs, and supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on role that requires direct involvement with recruitment operations, onboarding execution, sales coaching, and day-to-day people development activities within fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and commercial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Conduct high-volume hiring activities when needed for telesales, customer service, or commercial operations teams.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
HR Onboarding and Employee Experience
- Oversee the HR onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and operational environment.
- Coordinate administrative onboarding, orientation sessions, and role-specific training plans.
- Ensure new employees are aligned with company expectations, policies, and performance standards.

Learning and Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Design and deliver onboarding sessions, sales training programs, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
- Develop learning materials including training manuals, presentations, assessments, role-play scenarios, and performance guides.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to improve communication, objection handling, negotiation, customer interaction, and closing techniques.
Sales Enablement and Performance Improvement
- Train teams on sales processes, CRM systems, customer handling, upselling techniques, product knowledge, and best commercial practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, conversion rates, productivity metrics, and training effectiveness.
- Support managers in improving team performance through structured coaching and development plans.
HR Operations and Employee Engagement
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, performance management, and workplace development.
- Help foster a positive, performance-oriented work culture within commercial teams.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations departments to align people development initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Coaching, or Commercial Team Development.
- Previous hands-on experience in sales, tele-sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles is required.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and hiring sales professionals.
- Telecom, call center, corporate sales, or customer service industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance-driven environments.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and people development capabilities.
- Ability to create structured training content and practical learning programs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-oriented commercial environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LMS platforms, and performance tracking tools is a plus.
- High adaptability and ability to work within multicultural environments.
- Willingness and ability to relocate abroad from Egypt.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in telecom, B2B sales, corporate sales, tele-sales, customer care, call center operations, sales recruitment, HR operations, or commercial team development will be highly considered.
